Welcome
savecarexcess.com was established for the sole purpose to save you money.
savecarexcess.com is a business that offers consumers the ability to limit the amount of excess they pay if they were unfortunate enough to be involved in a motoring accident.
Save your excess fees
10% Discount on labour from our selected garages
Guaranteed return of £30
With all car insurance policies there is a compulsory excess that you must pay. This sum will vary dependant on a number of factors such as the value of the car, age of the driver etc. The excess payable is often a considerable proportion of the premium one has to pay. Even if a driver is not liable they will still have to initially pay the excess as stated on their policy, which is a great inconvenience.
Save Car Excess is a revolutionary new company that allows drivers to pay only a fraction of their excess giving them more peace of mind if ever they were unfortunate enough to become involved in a motoring accident. Our business works by way of a membership programme similar to those offered by companies such as AA or RAC. There are two elements of the membership programme; One for customers (people involved in an accident) and another programme for garages that participate in the scheme.
The customer membership allows drivers an allowance on their car excess when involved in a motoring accident. If you join our membership programme we will offer you a discount of 10% of the value of the labour necessary to fulfil all repairs, with a minimum guaranteed payout of £30.
E.g. If the repairs required on a motor vehicle incur £1000 labour, we would give you £100 towards your car excess.
Amount Payable = Excess - 10% of Labour costs
Excesses on car insurance policies can reach anything up to £1500 or more. Therefore having this allowance gives more peace of mind to the driver.
To reap the benefits of Save Car Excess all that is required is a yearly membership of £23.50 (inc VAT) to be paid only. There are also other benefits such as discounts on MOTs and tyres. The driver must submit the car to one of the approved garages on our system for the offer to be valid. Customers should follow normal protocol of reporting the incident via their insurance companies, but then request to have repairs carried out by a garage on the Save Car Excess registered list. |
